Couscous Salad

A very light, tasty salad for the summer.

Ingredients:

1 box garlic or parmesan flavored couscous, cooked
1 can chick peas
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 tomato , chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper
2/4 cup olive oil
2 -3 limess, juiced

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients with olive oil and lime juice (to taste).
