Pasta Parmesan

This is a great quick meal and very satisfying. It has all my favorites in it.


12 ounces penne pasta
2 pints of grape tomatoes, cut in half
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup FRESH basil, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
fresh grated parmesan cheese to desired consistancy


1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.
2. Stir together grape tomato halves, minced garlic, basil, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss with pasta, sprinkle with cheese....according to your taste.
