Easy Beer Bread

Even if you've had bad luck baking bread in the past, you'll love the end result of this recipe. It's so easy to make, and of course, very impressive whenever you present 'home made' bread to your guests.


3 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 (12 ounce bottle of beer) (can substitute non alcoholic beer)
1/4 cup butter, melted


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
2. Stir together the flour, sugar, and the beer...and pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 45 minutes, then pour melted butter over top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
