The Secret to Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs

This is a valuable secret. It took me years to learn this secret. I would put baby back ribs on my BBQ and cook them for a few hours and serve them. They were great, but never fall-off-the-bone quality. One day my Aunt told me the secret. Baking them in the oven, wrapped in foil at 270 degrees for 4 hours first made all the difference! Slow cook them in the oven first then put them on the grill for 20 minutes to brown them and apply your favorite BBQ sauce. Now you know the secret!
