Over the years, our family has refined our favorite marinade recipe for beef brisket.
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup dry red wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
You can use a dish and cover it tightly with foil, or you can use a large zip lock bag to put the brisket in. Mix the above ingredients together and pour over brisket. Put in refrigerator over night.
