1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
4 tbl chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Separate dough into 16 triangles
3. Beat butter in small bowl until creamy...gradually add powdered sugar, beating until
well blended.
4.Beat in vanilla & milk...add cocoa, beat well.
5. Stir in pecans.
6. Spread slightly heaping tsp. of chocolate mix on each triangle, leaving 1/2" border on
edges.
7. Roll up, starting at widest end of triangle and roll up.
8. Press all edges to seal completely.
9. Place point side down on ungreased cookie sheet...curving slightly on sheet.
10. Bake 12 -15 minutes or until goldern brown. Remove form sheet...cool on wire rack to
room temperature.
11. Drizzle with chocolate glaze....recipe follows

Glaze:
2 tbl butter or margarine
2 tbl cocoa
2 tbl water
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat...add cocoa & water, stirring occasionally until
thickens. DO NOT boil.
Remove from heat, gradually add powdered sugar & vanilla, beating with whisk until smooth.
Add additional 1/2 tsp water until you get desired consistancy (you can make it an adult
treat by using Kaluha, Grand Marnier instead of water).
Drizzle glaze over cooled crescents.
