Cheesey Bacon Wraps

These appetizers are the simplest things to make, but boy are they delicious. Everybody wants this recipe whenever I make them.

Ingredients:

1 pound of bacon
buttery crackers (like Ritz)
8 ounce bag of parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven 250 degrees.
Cut the pound of bacon in half (across)
Take a cracker & place 1 spoonful of parmesan cheese to cover cracker.
Wrap one piece of bacon around the cracker & cheese.
Put on broiler rack on pan and bake 1 & 1/2 - 2 hours, until browned & crisp.

To cook faster, heat oven to 350 degrees, and bake for 49 minutes.

**You can cool the bacon wraps, and freeze to use later. Then to reheat, thaw, & put in
300 degree oven and heat until warm through.
