This is so easy, yet it tastes great...very rich.
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
2 more eggs slightly beaten
Directions:
1. Mix by spoon the cake mix, 1 egg, and the stick of butter.
2. Pat into bottom of a 9" pan.
3. Mix by spoon, the confectioners sugar, cream cheese, and the 2 eggs.
4. Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
